IDIQ MACC SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, AND REPAIR OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM PROJECTS AT VARIOUS GOVERNMENT INSTALLATIONS LOCATED IN CA, AZ, NV, UT, CO and NM

JVR Southbay LLC, Gilbert, AZ (N62473-26-D-5210); HCI Systems, Inc., Ontario, CA (N62473-26-D-5211); MIJA Construction Services LLC, Newbury Park, CA (N62473-26-D-5212); and RX3 Communications, Inc., Reno, NV (N62473-26-D-5213) are awarded a combined $240,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the design, construction, supervision, equipment, material, labor, and all means necessary for new construction, renovation, and repair of fire protection system projects at various government installations located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Work will be performed at various military installations in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) area of responsibility and is expected to be completed by December 17, 2033. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and 6 option periods for a total duration of eight (8) years, is $240,000,000. This contract was competitively procured via the Sam.gov website, with five (5) offers received. The NAVFAC Southwest, San Diego, California is the contracting activity.

The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to, but are not limited to fire protection systems within North American Industry Classification System Code 238220 by primarily design-build or secondarily design-bid-build.
