Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
The base bid for this project is the construction of a new 3-bay metal building to serve as tow plow storage. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with this project as outlined in the plans and specifications. Contractors are required to use a metal building fabricator from the DFCM “Approved Fabricator List”. This list can be located from the DFCM website under the Building Official /Inspection and Testing tabs or at the following link - https://dfcm.utah.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025-Approved-Fabricator-May.pdf:
