The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to seek statements of qualification from electrical and distribution engineering consultants to create a shortlist of highly qualified firms for the relocation of the electrical equipment on Black River Road. The RFQ selection will lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) from top three (3) engineering firms. The words engineer, consultant, or consulting firm are meant to be synonymous with this RFQ.
