The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as ¿Owner¿, on behalf the Department of Education (¿Using Agency¿ or 'SBE''), and Georgia Academy of the Blind (¿GAB¿), is seeking firms interested in providing building commissioning services for a project known as Project No. SBE-044C ¿ GAB Cottages Renovation and Academic Building Expansion.
