The City of Chesapeake's Integrated Behavioral Healthcare (CIBH) Department is seeking proposals from qualified individual providers and/or group practices who are licensed to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia to provide Medical Director services for two intellectual/Developmental Disability Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF-IDD) located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
