The Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission CMRPC seeks proposals from qualified Qualified Environmental Professional QEP firms to provide support for its regional Brownfields Assessment Program. The selected firm will provide technical support for CMRPC program staff and will complete Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and cleanup reuse planning activities at to be determined contaminated sites in the region. This work is funded through an Assessment Coalition Grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency EPA.

The Request for Proposals RFP will be released on January 13, 2026 at 10 am and will be available until the due date listed below. A digital copy of the RFP may be obtained by contacting Kerrie Salwa at ksalwa@cmrpc.org. A physical copy may be picked up by appointment at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission 1 Mercantile Street Suite 520 Worcester Massachusetts 01608.

Completed submittals must be received no later than February 12, 2026 at 5 pm at the Central Massachusetts Regional Planning Commission 1 Mercantile Street Suite 520 Worcester Massachusetts 01608 in accordance with the submission requirements set forth in the RFP.
