Vendor Expectations

•    Provide market research and practical insights into market opportunities
•    Set up relevant, well-qualified company meetings
•    Manage all scheduling, confirmations, and logistics throughout the trade mission
•    Deliver a clear, realistic itinerary prior to company departures
•    Be on the ground to coordinate meetings, handle issues, and keep things moving
•    Facilitate networking events with meaningful attendees (buyers, partners, investors)
•    Prepare companies with briefings, guidance, and expectations before meetings
•    Track meetings, outcomes, and next steps during the mission
•    Provide a clear post-mission summary with leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions
•    Support follow-up introductions and conversations after the trip
•    Communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively throughout the process
•    Vendor must be located in the market
