Virginia Community College Shared Services Center -Immediate need is for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). This solicitation is being conducted on behalf of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), to include its twenty-three (23) Community Colleges, the System Office and the Shared Services Center (SSC). Any of the VCCS entities may, but are not obligated unless otherwise stated, utilize any resulting contract(s) awarded as a result of this solicitation.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of various pre- employment services required by the Northern Virginia Community College Police Department (NVCCPD). One of the required services is a Software System that will enable NVCCPD to manage the collection and storage of applicant background check information. The Contractor providing the Software System should also be capable of providing an electronic Personal Health Questionnaire (PHQ) for applicants to complete. NVCCPD also has needs for other pre-employment services including Medical Examinations, Polygraph Tests, and Psychological Tests.
