    NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above
    referenced project. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any
    other items necessary for the completion of this contract.
    BID OPENING
    Sealed bids must be received at the NCDOT Division 2 Project Development Office,
    Located at 1037 W.H. Smith Blvd., Greenville, NC 27834, by Wednesday, March 25,
    2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted on the official bid form included in the
    contract proposal and shall display the following statement on the front of the bid
    envelope:
    QUOTATION FOR CONTRACT ID DB00630 UTILITY RELOCATIONS
    AT NC 43 AT US 264 TO BE OPENED AT 2:00 PM ON, March 25, 2026.
    The North Carolina Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provisions of
    Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the regulations of the
    Department of Transportation (49 CFR, Part 21), issued pursuant to such act, hereby
    notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant
    to this notice will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on
    the grounds of sex, race, color, or national origin.

    The availability date for this project is April 20, 2026. The completion date is June 20,
    2026.
