HOW TO OBTAIN THE RFP DOCUMENTS ON THE APPLICABLE INTERNET SITE:
The Housing Authority of Monroe County will receive proposals for consultants to provide architectural and engineering services for our affordable housing units April 30th, 2026. All Proposals must be submitted online via the PennBid Program. All documents and solicitation are available online for no cost at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT QUESTIONS:
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid no later than April 10th, 2026
