Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Quarantine & Insect
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: a full truckload of: 2% carbaryl bran/wheat flake carrier or pellet carrier insecticide. 26 pallets = 34 ct. 44lb bags per pallet. (34 bags per pallet x 44 lbs per bag = 1,496 lbs per pallet). Mandatory Site Visit: None.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
