Village of Green Island Request for Qualifications For the Provision of Engineering Services RFQ No. 2024-02
The Village of Green Island (Village) hereby requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional engineering services relating to the Village’s Water Treatment Plant. The services will include but may not be limited to planning, design, construction, and inspection. The purpose of this Contract is to support Village staff with specialized engineering services related to the Operation and Maintenance of a Municipal Water Treatment Plant.
Interested parties should submit five (5) physical copies and one (1) electronic copy of their proposal to the Village Clerk at the address listed below no later than 3:15p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

Proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked “Proposal Enclosed – Engineering Services”. The electronic copy may be submitted on a USB drive and included with the physical copies. Electronic or late submittals will not be accepted.
All inquiries regarding the Request for Qualifications shall be submitted, in writing, to the Village Clerk via email to michele.bourgeois@villageofgreenisland.com with “Grant Writing RFQ Questions” in the subject line, by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. A response from the Village to all inquiries shall be emailed to all known vendors no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024. Only questions submitted through this process can be relied upon.
