The City is currently working on reviewing questions received and will
issue an addendum addressing the questions with answers.
All other specifications/information contained in the solicitation documents remains
unchanged and in effect. Vendor is to acknowledge receipt of this addendum by
initialing on this sheet and returning with solicitation package. If your solicitation has
already been submitted, you can submit via facsimile to 423.975.2712.
Failure to acknowledge this addendum could be cause for rejection of your submittal.
