The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the FY 2027 Iowa DOT Full Depth Patch Program. The proposed improvements consist of removing and replacing full depth P.C.C. pavement and other work related thereto of various State routes within the City of Davenport, Iowa. Locations of probable patches are attached at Attachment A; the list is subject to change based upon new priority pavement failures that may occur during the contract period.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
