· July 31, 2025 @ 10:00 AM – Deadline for written requests for clarifications to the RFP. All questions related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing, via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System ( http://brazosbid.ionwave.net. )
· August 6, 2025 @ 2:00 PM – Public proposal opening via Zoom. Any proposal received on or after 2:00 PM CST will be returned unopened. Failure to properly address the outside of envelope/package may result in late delivery to buyer.
