Request for Qualifications

for

On-Call Land Surveying Services

The Town of Shrewsbury is seeking qualified contractors to provide On-Call Land Surveying Services and is requesting that qualifications be submitted for these services. Copies of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Instructions shall be available online at www.shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury (phone: 508-841-8508). Town Offices are open Mon, Wed, Thu 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Tue 8:00 AM-6:30 PM; and Fri 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.

The work will include miscellaneous surveying services for the Town on an as-needed, indefinite quantity basis. The term of the awarded contract shall be two years with the option, in the Town’s sole discretion, to extend for a third year. Years two and three shall be subject to the appropriation of funds. The Contract will begin October 1, 2025.

Statements of Qualifications must be sealed and marked “Town of Shrewsbury Statement of Qualifications for On-Call Land Surveying Services” with the Applicant’s name and address clearly noted.

Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be received in the Office of the Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 until 11:00 AM on August 12, 2025.
