Project Description: The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to provide court reporting and/or transcription services on an as-needed basis, throughout the State of Maryland’s circuit courts, to prepare transcripts upon request as part of a transcript cost waiver pilot program.
