The Town of Reading, Massachusetts invites Bids for:

"PAINTING TRAFFIC LINES AND MARKINGS” Contract No. 26-09

The Town of Reading is accepting sealed Bids for "Painting Traffic Lines and Markings," Contract 26-09.

Bid documents will be available after 10:00am on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx .

All bids shall be submitted to the Reading Town Clerk’s office prior to Thursday September 25, 2025 at 2:00pm at the address listed above. Complete instructions for filing bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders.

It is the responsibility of the prospective proposers and bidders to check https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx for new information any addenda or modifications to any solicitation.

The Bids and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. c. Chapter 30, Section 39M, as amended to the lowest cost responsible and responsive Bidder.

The Town of Reading reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town's and/or the public's best interest
