Project Description: The City of Dallas (City), Department of Transportation and Public Works is hereby requesting the submission of statements of qualifications (SOQ) from firms in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide professional engineering and consulting services for West Commerce Street from Fort Worth Avenue to Riverfront Boulevard. The SOQs must be submitted electronically by 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Sep 5, 2025 to https://dallascityhall.bonfirehub.com.

Vendors shall submit project related questions via email to Ahmad Awad (ahmad.awad@dallas.gov) no later than 5:00 PM Friday, August 22, 2025. Responses to all questions received will be provided in an addendum no later than August 29, 2025.
