| Solicitation Document Description: | .1 This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective suppliers to submit Bids for the development of a three-year roadmap for the Environmental and Health & Safety Compliance Unit within the City’s Solid Waste Management Services Division (the “SWMS”). The Supplier will assess the current Hub-and-Spoke organizational model of SWMS’s Environmental and Health & Safety Compliance Unit and provide recommendations for its future state, including proposing priority focus areas, as well as defining roles and responsibilities for an updated Hub-and-Spoke model structure, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables) |
