BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Professional services will include staffing of full-time/part-time engineer(s), surveyor(s), technician(s), and right of way agents as needed to perform duties regularly associated with all aspects of road & bridge design including permitting, miscellaneous traffic engineering, survey, and property acquisition and documentation associated with project right of way.
