Engineering Services related to EDA's Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance (PWEAA) Program

Project Description: The City of Brownsville is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a state-registered engineer (individual/firm) to assist in the application preparation and project implementation of its proposed Fiscal Years (FY) 2025 Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance (PWEAA) Program public infrastructure project, if funded by the Economic Development Administration (EDA). The following outlines this request for qualifications.
These services are being solicited to assist the City of Brownsville in its application preparation and project implementation of a contract, if awarded, from the Fiscal Years (FY) 2025 Public Works and Economic Adjustment Assistance (PWEAA) Program of the Economic Development Administration (EDA). The selected consultant will assist in the preparation and administration of an application for funding under the PWEAA Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The City of Brownsville will be applying for such funding to support public infrastructure improvements in the City of Brownsville.
