Solicitation Summary

James G. Davis Construction (DAVIS) is soliciting bids for the University of Maryland, College Park – Ellicott Community Renovation.

This project is renovation of the existing Ellicott Hall Building (4052 Stadium Drive, College Park, MD 20740) to accommodate mechanical upgrades, roof replacement, replacement of piping infrastructure, and bathroom improvements. The design will incorporate new and relocated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm systems both buildings. Dorm Rooms and other spaces will be renovated within the existing buildings to accommodate these new and relocated systems. The following are the scope of work options listed in order of preference by the University of Maryland College Park.

-Mechanical Upgrades
-Window Replacement
-Roof Replacement
-Replacement of piping infrastructure
-Bathroom Improvements
The construction will occur over a semester from June 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026.
