C5612119-D, Rebid 3 - Low Level Radioactive Waste Removal and Disposal Service of H3 Exit Signs Service

This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Low Level Radioactive Waste Removal and Disposal Service of H3 Exit Signs. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified on Exhibit B-1,  Rate Sheet which shall include all labor, including travel and per diem,  all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment,  licenses, permits, insurance and personnel to provide services for the California Department  of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Avenal State Prison (ASP), located at 1 Kings Way, Avenal, CA 93204.
