Project Description: The project is located in the City's urban area in several locations. The work consists of upgrading pavement markings and other related work on 32nd Street from Avenue D to Avenue C and from Avenue B to 4th Avenue, on 16th Street from Avenue D to Pacific Avenue, and on 3rd Street/Giss Parkway from Avenue B to Main Street.
