Project Description: This project involves a base bid for the milling, paving, spot base repair and leveling of roadway surfaces at several specified locations within West Norriton Township. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. Asphalt materials shall be based on PennDOT’s MAY 2026 Asphalt Cement Price Index
