The Phoenix Raven program at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ, is seeking potential sources to provide "Left of Bang" combat profiling training for the Phoenix Raven Qualification Course. This includes a 5-day Train-the-Trainer course for 18 Raven instructors, delivered by two Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at the Phoenix Raven schoolhouse. The curriculum shall cover advanced observation, target location, memory/emotion principles, adversary planning, and profiling (kinesics, biometrics, proxemics, geographics, iconography, atmospherics). The company must have the technical capability to provide “Left of Bang” training to 18 specialized US Air Force Security Forces military personnel.
