Description
The City of Albany, Georgia, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide
professional transit planning services. Proposals will be received by the Procurement Division at 222
Pine Avenue, Suite 260, Albany, GA 31701, until 5:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026. The term of the
contract shall be for three (3) years, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year
terms, at the Agency's sole discretion. The selected consultant will provide support for short and longrange
planning, service evaluations, data analysis, and grant administration on an as-needed, task-order
basis. As this project is funded primarily through FfA Section 5307 and Section 5303 resources, all work
must comply with applicable Federal Transit Administration and Georgia Department of Transportation
(GDOT) regulations.
