The Texas General Land Office(“GLO”) seeks experienced marine contractor(s) to remove, transport, and properlydispose of the derelict Vessels identified in this Solicitation (the"Project"), which are located along the entire Texas coast within StateOwned Submerged Lands. The Project spans the entire Texas coast, divided intoregional specific Vessel priority lists (each a “Regional Vessel List”).Respondent may submit a proposal for one or multiple Regional Vessel Lists intheir entirety. Respondents may not submit a proposal for any partial RegionalVessel List and any such proposal may be considered nonresponsive anddisqualified. The number of Vessels identified for removal may be reduced duringthe solicitation and contracting process.
