Solicitation Summary
This project involves providing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, supervision, and services necessary for and related to the purchase and initial installation of a temporary frame tent for the Patterson House. The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685.
This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to providing and undertaking the initial installation of a temporary frame tent for the Patterson House (PATTERSON HOUSE TENT FM25-30). The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685). Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit:
1. The Invitation for Bid form, completed according to Section XII, “Pricing”
2. Completed “Bid Affidavit Form”.
3. Completed “Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form”.
4. Current Maryland licenses or certifications, per section II.D [“Permits, Certificates, Laws...”].
5. Current insurance certificates, per section II.C [“Permits, Certificates, Laws...”].
6. Completed No Reply Form if not bidding.
7. Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Submit bids by e-mail by 3:00 PM of the bid due date specified above.

Additional Instructions
Offerors must submit a proposal by email and be received no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, April 4, 2025. Any proposal received after this time and date will not be accepted.
