Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors
to be completed under this Contract consists of providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide on-call and as-requested maintenance, repairs and construction of new drainage structures or components at various locations within the “project location” specified.

Conditioning a bid or proposal or any other MES solicitation or bidding document will deem your bid or proposal non-responsive and not be accepted COMAR 21.05.02.22.
