- Summary:This project consists of the removal and disposal of the existing HVAC system, including the heat pump unit and air handler, and the installation of a new split system heat pump at the Jones Memorial Library. Demolition and installation shall adhere to the attached project drawings and shall be completed according to the manufacturer’s written installation instructions while maintaining all required clearances and with all components accessible and serviceable.
