Project Description: St. Louis Community College is seeking qualified design firms for upcoming athletic facility upgrades across the Meramec, Forest Park, and Florissant Valley campuses. The scope includes civil, geotechnical, MEP/FP, and architectural services for new and renovated athletic fields, gymnasiums, restrooms, and support buildings. The project will be delivered in two main bid packages—building renovations and site improvements—with a focus on user functionality, code compliance, and MSD coordination.
