Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)
The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to collect, analyze, and report data needed to plan and evaluate overall and program-specific effectiveness of Tobacco Prevention and Control Program (TPCP) interventions funded by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: Five Years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for One Year.
