2. Description of items: Contractor shall provide the flushing & cleaning of storm drains and lines at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, located at 800 Zorn Ave, Louisville, KY 40206.
3. Period of performance. The anticipated period of performance is estimated to begin 9/15/2025.
4. The anticipated issuance of the Request for Quote is the second week of August with an anticipated award date at the end of month (EOM) August.
5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
6. See the attached Statement of Work and Site Plan.
