Synopsis:

|
This is an invitation by Regina Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 81 to prospective proponents for the Asbestos Abatement, Demolition and Site Clearance Services of the former Holy Rosary Elementary School (3118 14th Ave ) and the adjacent Catholic Education Centre (2160 Cameron
Street). Both buildings are currently vacant. The successful Contractor(s) will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor, and equipment necessary to perform the required duties. The overall objective of this project is to remove all hazardous
material, structures, debris, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development.

Proponents interested in submitting a response are required to attend a MANDATORY site tour with representatives from Regina Catholic Schools, JCK Engineering and Pinchin, on November 27, 2024 at – 10:00 am, meeting at the main doors of Holy Rosary Elementary School – 3118 14th Ave.
At Owner’s discretion, additional site visits may be scheduled pending attendance at the first walk through and/or questions prior to closing.
