CT State Manchester - New Dental Lab

Construction of a new dental laboratory at CT State Manchester. Work includes but is not limited to, cutting the floor slab to run new vacuum, water, air and drain lines to (4) dental chairs. Vacuum pump, air compressor, water filter housing and (3) existing dental chairs shall be relocated as part of the GC’s contract from the current dental lab approximately 200 feet from the new space and reinstalled in the new dental lab. The new lab will receive new cabinets and counters, finishes, new electrical and a new closet to house the vacuum and air compressor. Contractor to provide floor protection in any finished areas, especially hallways leading to dumpster and material delivery locations. Slab cutting and other “loud” activities shall be performed after hours, to be coordinated with CT State Staff.
