INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)

PROJECT: Custodial Cleaning Services for the Lawrence Police Department

Sealed bids for Custodial Cleaning Services for the Lawrence Police Department will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Lawrence City Hall, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, until 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform custodial cleaning services at the Lawrence Police Department located at 55 Lowell Street, Lawrence, MA.

Contract Term: Three (3) years.

Bid Documents Specifications will be available to download on Monday, March 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at www.cityoflawrence.com/bids.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so.

Sealed proposals are due by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 22, 2026
