The City of Calgary’s (The City) Wastewater division is requesting proposals for the supply and delivery of Activated Carbon, in bulk and media box (cannister) format, as well as Potassium Permanganate on an “as needed” basis to The City's Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP).

- Bidding documents should be obtained from SAP Business Network.
- Bids are submitted via the SAP Business Network portal found at supplier.ariba.com.
- Suppliers must register on the Ariba portal to submit a bid.
- Hard copies are not accepted
- Failure to submit via SAP Business Network will result in a non-compliant bid.
All questions must be submitted in SAP Ariba through the solicitation message board.
