All questions and other communication between the Proponent and the Province in relation to this RFP must be submitted in writing and only be directed to the RFP Contact identified in section 6.3.1.

In order for the Province to deal effectively with Proponent questions or concerns about any terms, conditions or requirements of this RFP including the Agreement provisions, such questions or concerns must be communicated in writing to the RFP Contact at least four Business Days prior to the RFP’s Closing Date and Time. Questions received after this time will be answered if, in the opinion of the Province, time permits.

Proponents must confirm their participation in the information session to the RFP Contact by the date and time in the table of the RFP. Confirmed participants will then receive an invitation with information on how to access the virtual meeting.

Optional Site Tour: September 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The meeting point for this site tour is the McDonald Day Use parking lot in Pierre Grey’s Lakes Provincial Park. As the site tour is optional, Proponents are not required to participate. However, if a Proponent wishes to take part in the site tour, they must confirm their participation in the information session and site tour by the date and time in the table above. Proponents must provide their own transportation.
