HVAC Replacement - DPW Streets & Utility Building

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids for standard equipment replacement project of (2) existing 7-1/2 ton York split-DX AC units w/hydronic heating coils at the Streets and Utilities Building located at Public Works Department, 16550 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland. Registration to use Bid Locker is at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup and is free to all interested parties.

Electronic (pdf) bids will be received through Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4768_Hvac_Replacement___Streets_Utilities_Building until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025. The City of Bowie reserves the right to reject any bids.

There will be an optional pre-bid meeting held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4768_Hvac_Replacement___Streets_Utilities_Building prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued as an addendum to the solicitation no later than Wednesday, March 26, 2025, to all those who have registered with Bid Locker and downloaded the specifications and bid documents.
