MOmentum Bike Park Parking and Concessions

The City of Joplin, Missouri (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified private partners (“Respondents”) to design, finance, construct, operate, and/or maintain improvements at MOmentum Bike Park, a new regional asset located in Joplin, Missouri that received 72,000 since November 2025 opening.

To support continued expansion and enhance the visitor experience, the City intends to:

• Expand and improve parking capacity and circulation
• Develop a hybrid bike shop and beverage/snack facility that will serve park users and the broader community

The City is pursuing a public/private partnership (P3) model to leverage private sector innovation, capital investment, and operational expertise.
