Consultant Services for Development Of Specifications for a Strategic Real Estate

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”), through the Department of Facilities and Real Estate Management, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to support the development of a formal solicitation for a Strategic Real Estate Master Plan. This informal solicitation will result in the selection of a consultant to collaborate with City staff on the review, enhancement, and completion of the forthcoming solicitation package. A preliminary draft of the formal solicitation exists but is not complete. The selected consultant will be expected to critically assess the draft and may be asked to help develop new content, structure, and scope items that are not yet defined.
Important Note: In accordance with Texas state law, the consultant selected through this informal solicitation will be prohibited from responding to or participating in the forthcoming formal solicitation for the Real Estate Master Plan project.
