Invitation for Bids - MHA - Traverse Square Kitchen & Flooring Upgrades
The Middletown Housing Authority (MHA) is seeking sealed bids for the following Project: Traverse Square Apartments Kitchen & Flooring Upgrades, 1 Traverse Square, Middletown, CT. Bid Opening date is August 27, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Administrative Office of the Middletown Housing Authority, 40 Broad Street, Middletown, CT 06457. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid walk thru for all bidders will be on August 10 at 2:00 p.m. at 1 Traverse Square, Middletown CT. Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications dated July 24, 2026, as prepared by Antinozzi Associates can be viewed and purchased for a non-refundable fee at Advanced Reprographics website www.advancedplanroom.com.
