The Regional School District 13 (the “District”) Board of Education (the “RSD13BOE”) is seeking sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified professional firms to provide commissioning services (the “Services”) in connection with a school building project for renovations and addition to Memorial School (the “Project”), located at 124 Hubbard Street, Middlefield, CT 06455. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) and a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) (collectively, this “RFQ/RFP”). The selected firm will be the commissioning agent engaged by RSD13BOE for the Project. This RFQ/RFP has been publicly advertised.
