Specifications :

Maintenance Contract will run from July 1 ^st , 2026, through June 30 ^th , 2027.
Contractor must be authorized by Thermo Fisher Scientific to complete maintenance and repairs on Thermo Scientific S2P Pro UV/UF 16LP.
Maintenance package should be Package Type TC (Total Care Z148) or equivalent with the following items included.
1. Unlimited engineer labor, travel, and factory-certified replacement parts required for corrective maintenance.
2. 2 business day response time for corrective maintenance in defined zone 1 cities.
3. One scheduled preventative maintenance visit including PM kit.
4. Unlimited priority access to our OEM-trained technical support experts who can diagnose, investigate, and remotely resolve issues or schedule on-site visits using the latest remote support tools.
5. Access to our on-line service knowledgebase.
6. Corrective Maintenance Repair Guarantee for the duration of product warranty or 1 year whichever is longer.
7. Loaner instrument (if applicable) included for the duration of the repair based on availability.
8. Instrument Software/Firmware updates included as needed to support a preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance visit.
9. 10% discount on calibration and qualification services.

Requirements:
1. Vendor must be approved by Thermo Fisher Scientific to complete services on equipment
2. Formal quote and signed NON-OPERS Member Acknowledgment should be submitted with bid.
3. All State Standard Terms and Conditions must be agreed to. Terms and Conditions can be found attached to sourcing event or online at Standard_T_C_3-31-25.pdf
4. Vendor will be required to sign an addendum to bid. Sample contract attached to sourcing event.

F.O.B. DESTINATION/PRE-PAID/ALLOWED. The Contractor must provide Deliverables under this Contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed. The place of destination will be specified by the Ordering Agency on the agency’s purchase order or other ordering document. Cost of the freight must be borne and paid by the Contractor unless otherwise stated.
All risk of loss, regardless of the cause, will remain with the Contractor until title to the Deliverable passes to the State. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the State will determine whether the Contractor provided each Deliverable required in this Contract and has fully met all work requirements of this Contract. Title to any Deliverables will pass to the State on Acceptance of the Deliverable.

Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.
