Proposals are being solicited for the The Harriet Beecher Stowe Center Capital Improvements Project and includes separate bid packages for: Scaffolding, Selective Demolition, Abatement, Sitework, Masonry Restoration, Metals, Historic Carpentry Restoration, Waterproofing, Roofing Restoration, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Historic Window and Exterior Door Restoration, Gypsum Wallboard and Carpentry, Flooring, Acoustical Ceiling, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00am on September 02, 2025 at the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center Visitor Center, 77 Forest St, Hartford, CT 06105. Electronic bids will not be accepted. A walk-thru is scheduled for August 19, 2025 at 11:00am. Please meet at the HBS Visitor Center.
