Project Management Services

The RSD13BOE is requesting sealed qualifications and sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide part-time project management and owner’s representative services during and for the design, procurement, implementation, construction, and closeout of the Project, that will assist the District in achieving the requirements of the District’s Facilities Study and Educational Specifications for the Project furnished by QA+M (which may be accessed and downloaded from the State of CT DAS website at the following URL link: https://portal.ct.gov/das/ctsource/bidboard?language=en_US and RSD13BOE website at the following URL link: https://www.rsd13ct.org/Our-District/Central-Services/Business-Office/index.html. This solicitation is both a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Request for Proposals (RFP) for part-time project management and owner’s representative services necessary for the Project.
