Work of this Contract comprises renovation and fit-up of office space at Level nine (9), Level ten (10) and part of the Level 11 of the CD Howe building, located at 240 Sparks Street W. The work of this project also includes managing the move logistics to relocate furniture currently residing on level 8 and level 11 into the fit-up space, and to move the loose furniture by a qualified move company
