Optional Meetings will held on two separate days June 10, 2025 and June 11, 2025 as below All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional site meeting will take place at 4 locations over two days: Suppliers are to meet at June 10, 2025 10:00 AM local time at 6000 Leslie St. followed by 89 Church Ave Suppliers are to meet at June 11, 2025 10:00 AM local time at 35 Glen Long Ave followed by 174 Orchard View Blvd City representative will meet the suppliers at the designated addresses. Questions may be asked at the site meeting; however, they are not considered part of an official record and have no bearing on the terms of the contract unless they are submitted in writing to the City. |
